The following rules are made by Parkdean Resorts and must be followed at all times. Changes/updates to these rules will be made here as soon as we are made aware of them.
The speed limit around the site is 10MPH and some roads are one-way.

In the event of behaviour likely to cause offence or damage to any other user of the park or the facilities, or behaviour which breaches the Behaviour Standards or Park Rules, Parkdean Resorts has the right to remove any offenders from the park without redress.

Without limiting your obligations above, some of the behaviour standards you and your guests/third parties must comply with are:

Act in a courteous and considerate manner to other people visiting, using or working on the park including our staff, other holiday home owners and holidaymakers.

Supervise children properly so that they are not a nuisance or a danger to themselves or others.

Not to commit any criminal offences at the park or use the holiday home in connection with any criminal activity.

Not to commit any acts of vandalism or nuisance on the park.

Not to use fireworks on park.

Not to keep or carry any firearm or other weapon
at the park.

Not to bring onto the park or use on park any illegal drugs.

Not to create undue noise or disturbance.

Not to allow anyone who you know or suspect to be on the Sex Offenders register (compiled under the Sex Offenders Act 1997) to use or visit the holiday home.
Prohibited Vehicles
Electric scooters, quad bikes, segways, hoverboards and similar vehicles are not permitted on park. Additionally, pickup, commercial or working vehicles, including large vans, are not permitted.
Membership Cards and Hub Passes

Any individual requiring access to the facilities on park will be required to purchase additional Park Hub Passes from the park reception and provide proof of their identity.
Electric Vehicle Charging
No charging of electric or hybrid vehicles is permitted to take place from holiday homes, as the safety and security of our owners, team members and guests on park is our top priority.
At selected parks, which have electric vehicle charging, if your private letting guests need to charge their vehicle they should download the Vendelectric app and follow the instructions. Any issues should be reported to the Vendelectric customer service team via the Vendelectric app and not the park team.

Activity Bookings

The online booking portal is specifically for the use of our direct booking holiday makers and owners only and cannot be used by your private letting guests.

Activities should be booked on park by private guests on a first-come-first-served basis.

Guests may be asked to provide ID at the time of booking an activity.

Activities should not be booked by you, or any other holiday home owner, for your private guests.

Private let guests/third parties are not entitled to owner discount for activities.

Complaints
Parkdean Resorts is not responsible for dealing with complaints in relation to your holiday home when booked out for private lettings. If one of your guests complains, it is your responsibility to deal with their complaint. If one of your guests contacts Parkdean Resorts with a complaint about your holiday home, we will advise them to speak with you regarding their concerns.
